Php mailer not working

Hi everyone.
I have configure my email and is working, i can send email directly to inbox, also, i can receive directly to my inbox.

But the issues his that, when i setup php mailer for my websites, is not sending out email. I have done all i could but the php mailer is not working or not sending  emails to users.

is there any error logged in the domain log and maillog ?
