everyone, I want to ask that when my mail server sends email to Yahoo, Outlook, Gmail, it can send without being Spam or Blacklisted.
But when I send email from Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook to my mail server, it shows the error as below.
Is anyone having the same problem as me?

Is this related to your problem? I have ever faced that problem too long time ago, cannot receive incoming email. The problem is the port.

The 550 error 99% of the time means the mailbox and or mail server hasn't been setup.

If you get bounces that say connection failure, then that would be the port.


Could you please advise of the following:

What 'errors' and/or 'messages' are being displayed in the logs for Postfix and Dovecot?

What distro are you are you running CWP on?

CWP Free or CWPpro?

Public or NAT?

It could be caused by a wrong MX record. Make sure your domain name uses correct nameservers and they point incoming emails to your server (MX record look at your server).

If the MX record is ok then check other things mentioned by Starburst. However, start from investigating the MX record.
