Poor MTA problem
« on: November 28, 2018, 11:44:57 AM »
Hello my friends..

I have a new vps from USA.

I'm using CWP 7 and everything is ok and working good. But we can't send a email to some servers ( for ex: bank servers or etc.) Because we see that error:

Code: [Select]
Wed Nov 28 11:25:40  arzu@*****.com\n(host smtpizmit.bimsa.com.tr[212.57.13.132] refused to talk to me: 554-smtpizmit.bimsa.com.tr 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA\'s poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.

What is the solution? My ip is not blacklisted or Mxtoolbox check result is Green Status.

And I want say that, this is my etc/hosts files, is it true?

Code: [Select]
# Generated by SolusVM
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain
162.213.*.* server1.***.com127.0.0.1 server1.***.com
127.0.0.1 autoreply.server1.***.com127.0.0.1
127.0.0.1 autoreply.162.213.*.*

Also i see that error on MailServer Manager:

Code: [Select]
Your Hostname is: server1.**.com127.0.0.1 and it resolves to IP: (ERROR: You don't have a valid hostname set!)
Local ip is attached to my server name. Is it true?

Thank you...

You need to set a proper hostname on your server, then set a PTR record in your dns for the hostname and then add a SPF records to your domain , then that problem will go away
