Can't Login File Manager using WebFTP & Filezilla

I just installed the latest version of the CWP. I've made a new hosting account, but there was a problem when going into the webftp "Error! Could not authenticate your login". How can I overcome this problem? I try to use FileZilla can not. thank you

Yes, i've been created FTP user but i can't login to file manager using webftp and filezilla.

sometimes you have to restart FileZilla, because there is some problem with it. Try it if you still can't do this report it to support
