Cant start this System with error

I use a vm for a server.

Error on start:

Starting pure-ftpd: 421 Unable to switch capabilities : Operation not permitted

for those searching for solution, this is probably kernel related issue, you should try to use distribution kernel.

ok than i must look the aktuell Kernel is:  4.2.6-1-pve
