Title: FTP do not stop

Please, anyone can help me out.
I am trying to disable FTP in CWP7. I stop FTP in Services Status. It stops but restarts by it self a minute later.
I disable it in chkconfig start up but it still restart automatically.
Now I have no clue what is happening.

automatic restart is done by service monitor or monit in cwp, you should check that in cwp.admin
