Title: How to Disable FTP on select users?

Hi,

I want to create EMail Hosting Package and want to disable FTP accounts for this package.

I created a new package and put -1 on FTP Accounts.

But user under this package can still create multiple FTP users - I tested it by creating a user under this package.
