Cookie free subdomain, how?

Hello everyone.
I need help on how to set up a cookie free subdomain of my main domain, and through which images, css, js would be loaded, for better website performance?

You don't need cookies unless you engineer the need into your code. DNS and apache can direct traffic appropriately otherwise...
