How to license CWP?
« on: January 13, 2019, 07:58:51 PM »
Hi Guys,

First of all I'll start with the information that I started adventure with Linux 3 days ago and thanks to CWP I managed to fully setup web server on my own! This software is brilliant!

However I failed on licensing it. I bought the annual subscryption for CWP but it still says in admin panel that I need to get the Pro version.

Should CWP license automaticaly based on server IP? If not, is there any tutorial? Alternatively what I've done wrong? The server IP is definitelly correct.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks, Emil.

hi
in my server, more than 30 hours and alone turned to green automatically ( license active )

if you had more than 42 hours you can write a ticket here
https://support.centos-webpanel.com/

and good luck )

Thanks Mighty Dr.Wolf.

It looks like you are right, below is the message from support:

After receiving the payment your CWP should be updated to CWPpro within next 24 hours.
You will know that your CWP is updated to CWPpro when you login into CWP and logo on the top left corner is changed to CWPpro.

You can force an update check by running this script from the command line
sh /scripts/update_cwp

If your CWP is not changed to CWPpro within 24 hours then please contact us.
