Unable to login in account created after password reset

HI,

we have created domain and account. I forgot to password .tried with reset password with random generated. however still unable to login to account with reseted password.  Please find the bellow log for your reference.

opinion in 2020 YEAR  / I had this problem
I was unable to log in to a client user's account, I deleted the account (domain) and then updated vps and reboot then created a new account and successfully logged in, and only after I installed SSL protocol and now the client user account works a lot good.

ATENTION only one account (domain) didn't work had login error.
