user panel theme is reverting in few days.

Hi,
I have changed my default user panel theme, by copying default panel theme and modifying css only.
And I have uploaded the theme via cwp admin and saved it for all user there. It changes the theme of user panel, but in 4 to 5 days it always comes back to old theme. How can i keep the changes.

Please someone help me in this regard.
