Everyday at the same time, I get the above error in error logs. Anyone know why?

This happens on all of my servers (C7 and C8) at the same time everyday. BUT the time is different everyday.

I suspect it may be deliberate and part of nightly auto-SSL renewals.

Well yeah.....that's is kinda obvious even to the blind.
But, it's the only process that is restarting apache at least once a day, everyday.

Strange that YOU didn't mention it! >:( ::)
In an Apache only installation, then a reload would be sufficient but I suspect that a restart is used, to cater for all (nginx included) installations.

after all sl operations apache restarts itself and sells:
[mpm_event:notice] [pid 3838130:tid 139681793718144] AH00493: SIGUSR1 received. Do a graceful reboot
