Title: Cannot Access User CWP
Post by: pete-cwp on May 09, 2021, 11:49:15 AM
Hi,
This used to work fine and most of the time is usually only me accessing my server so dont use it much.

Went to use user area yesterday, using port 2082 or 2083 , but it just seems to divert to admin login area whihc works fine on port 2087
If i use admin login details at port 2083 it actually logs in, but if i try to use a user account it gives error and says you are logging into admin area try here, and the link takes me nowhere.

I am not aware of any changes that could possibly affect this although i have notice my bind dns server option will not start up, everything else on site including ftp web phpadmin and everything else all works just fine.

Anyone come across this before or can point me to what to look for ?

Thanks.

Well you need BIND to start... that is part of your problem for sure.
Try restarting and see what errors it gives.

This did not help. Some accounts are totally inaccessible.

Just open a ticket to the CWP support and they will check if a bug there or you have another problem
