Title: Migration from Cpanel to CWP stuck on 10%

Please help fix this. am trying to move from Cpanel to CWP. and tried to use the Cpanel migration tool. but every time it stuck on 10% when it says creating backup files.

I tried big and very small accounts and had the same issue. please check the screenshot for more information.

Hi,
I am also facing the same error. Couldn't find any help online via google. Has anyone experienced the same and have any solution, please?

Hello

Please indicate that it shows the log files for both servers, that could tell you where the problem is.

Hi,
My problem is solved now. I just disabled the CSF(Firewall) from my CWP server and tried again. This fixed my problem.
But it is not suitable to disable the firewall. There might be a fix of this problem.

why you didn't whitelist server IP's ? that is very important for migration.

Whitelisting the cpanel server ip in CWP's firewall!
