Title: Unable to add Any records

Dear Team

since 3months i am using this panel i haven't got any issue but there is a new issue now whenever i am trying to add any records it gives me an error i tried adding from main root access as well as also i went to cpanel of domain

i check all commas space ip txt records each everything

/var/log/messages for Bind logs and post lastest log here.

Also post a single record from file_editor module -

module=file_editor&file=/var/named/MY.DOMAIN.db I.E DNS Functions > List DNS Zones > Edit Records (any domain with issue)
