Title: themes_lang2 module is broken

Hello

Admincp's themes_lang2 module;
Nothing in there works, except the first tab. All other tabs are unresponsive. Same problem on production server and a test server.

This was fixed many versions ago, please check you have the latest version and let me know how it went after upgrading
