Title: Convert ip:2083 to host:2083
Post by: sbg on July 30, 2022, 04:42:34 PM
How do I convert ip:2083 to host:2083?
When I enter https://host.example.com:2087/ (root or reseller port), the Direct Login on the User List page gives a link to https://ip:2083 (customer port)

Even in the continuation; When logged in as ip:2083,
When I want to enter phpmyadmin link, it redirects as https://ip:2087/pma/ (root or reseller port) . (When I enter https://host.example.com:2083/ (customer port) it redirects to https://host.example.com:2087/pma/ (root or reseller port) .)

But as I said; When I go to https://host.example.com:2087 (root or reseller port), the user list is linked as https://ip:2083/ (customer port).

Did you change the hostname under Server Settings and create a CNAME in your DNS?

Hi, Please validate that:

- That there is a valid ssl for the hostname
- That there is a SAM ssl cpanel for the main domain of the account

The A records need to be properly configured to the name you want for your hostname.

The PTR/rDNS record has to map your IP address to your hostname.
