Title: Script timed out before returning headers

max_execution_time, max_input_time  is set  = 1000

But after about 200-300 seconds, the script stops and logs the error apache:
[Thu Aug 27, 2015 6:59:05] [error] [client 192.168.1.101] Script timed out before returning headers: index.php

what configuration rule to increase the timeout?

what does apache log say about why it timed out ?
