Title: Gateway timeout 504 on nginx + apache

hello all
i got Gateway timeout 504 on nginx + apache
but if i use apache only everything going well

same with varnish+nginx+apache...

i use free cloudflare

any idea how to fix it ?
if i disable proxy from cloudflare everything run well

solved
because disk r/w too slow under 100... avg at 30-40MB/s

First of all you have to check the website's error log in /usr/local/apache/domlogs/

Anecdotally, nginx seems more like that canary that is prone to producing 504 gateway errors. I have had few errors with apache-based servers. My server which uses nginx produces them far more frequently -- enough to be noticeable, for sure.

this is only happen to me.. IF ... the IO write full
50x more like server problem


with same file
same location
i try the nvme, the 50x error are gone


now they back since i back to regular "ssd" vps
