Some of our users are reporting issues in RoundCube when replying to emails. It just sits and spins until it just times out. These users are all on different domains within CWP. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thank you
Just to add from a recent user report. It is happening when attempting to forward messages as well. It sits on spinning then just says "Your messages was not sent" according to the user.

Greetings to everyone,
I have the same issue,
RoundCube not replying to the emails after loading a few minutes shows a time-out.
I have spent two days.
I have tried rebuilding the mail server as well.
Finally, I found something odd with Roundcube.
like, some roundcube links are working fine
https://webmail.mydomain.com/
https://mail.mydomain.com/
https://mydomain.com:2087/roundcube
But not replying when I use this link
https://mydomain.com/roundcube
https://mydomain.com/webmail
Have any idea?
Thank You

I noticed that you have to Log Out of roundcube everytime you use it. If you dont logout you can expect problems.

Hello,
I have solved the issue.
it was a mode security issue.
Thank you for your help.

Standard advice applies: use Comodo rules for Mod Security. OWASP ruleset is to persnickety and requires a lot of manual tuning. Otherwise you will see odd glitches like this!
