Title: Cwp Panel Resource usage is high in idle time

Cwp Panel Resource usage is high in idle time
mostly ram and swap is filled due to that server having downtime frequently
only running 2-3 normal websites 

My VPS Configuration
4 vCPU
8GB RAM
200GB SSD
Almalinux OS
using CWP Pro
