Title: DNS settings for my domain
Post by: hugopalma on September 25, 2015, 10:51:13 PM
Hello, I have centos web panel installed on a VPS with the following setup:

Domain Settings (registrar):
ns1.mydomain.com A DNS setup to my 1st IP
ns2.mydomain.com A DNS setup to my 2nd IP

mydomain.com servers are my ns1 and ns2

CWP:

I have an account (lets name it "default") that responds to mydomain.com but when I acess mydomain.com it goes directly to my ip which I use and shows an apache page, if i acess mydomain.com/~default it works

How do I make Centos Web Panel assign mydomain.com to the "default" account?

Thank you, im losing a lot of traffic =(

Hello.

If you using internal IP in your server (like: 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x ) you shall change you "Shared IP" (CWP settings -> Edit Settings -> Shared IP).
