I fix mine by re-installing the Centos and CWP.  My problem was in the Hostname.

Check your Hostname.

I'm equally getting the same error "Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/mail_queue.php(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 7"

My CWP version: 0.9.8.16

Any solution to this yet please?

you need to test/check your hostname and the your mail server by using the following sites

http://mail-tester.com/
http://senderbase.org/

their is also one other chance. that the file mail_queue.php is damaged. then you copy the same file from another server to that server. but make a backup of that file first.
