Hi folks,
I have a VPS with Centos webpanel installed on it. Like the system its not too bad at all. I am trying to add a domain name however and am finding myself increasingly frustrated on this. The domain is love2dance.ie. I have set up the A record on the domain provider under the DNS zone and it appears to be pointing to my server and all seems to be good. But I cant figure it out.
Basically i am moving this from another hosting provider which had whm and cpanel. When I attempt to access the site via a proxy server, I am met with an error but when I access it on my own laptop, it is sending me to the old server. I know this because CPanel link is still working. So I know there might be a delay in propogation but I do not know if my domain is actually pointing to the correct server or what the story is.
Anyone able to advise?
