Title: multiple domain upload? (c200 domains to add)

Hi - I have 200 domains to manage - some simply to redirect (about 190), some to host more complex .htaccess files.
Is there a method I can use to automate the process?  e.g. csv upload? or use the API?  Otherwise I suppose I'll need to do all 200 manually.

Yes, I'm afraid you should to do that manually.
