Title: a space in domain name when creating new acc, can't login to roundcube
Post by: xenek on March 25, 2016, 11:29:39 AM
Hiya! There is a space in the email domain name.

When I go to Create a New Email Account (MailBox) it has ' themakers.org' rather than 'themakers.org'.
So when I create an email account it's got a space in it.
Any idea why? & How do I fix this?

I have reentered the domain, rebuilt the server, checked hosts file, even looked at the main.cf file for postfix. Can't seem to find why...

the best option would be to edit that mailbox manually in the mysql database "postfix" and table called "mailbox".

Cool! Just one thing  :) I can't seem to login to PHP MYadmin. I get '#1045 cannot log into the MySQL server' when I try to login as root. I don't know the password for postfix. If I try to create a new user for the postfix database I get:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/mysql_manager.php(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code on line 83

================================
Database: postfix
Username: postfix_xs
Host: localhost

Any clues?

Hello.

Check postfix configs in /etc/postfix/mysql_* .
I guess you have changed the configs (or postfix password)
