Title: update mysql to 5.7 and now cwp can't create user/database

Apache version: Apache/2.2.31
PHP version: 7.1.0-dev
MySQL version: 5.7.11

i just update mysql and anymore :(

5.7 is incompatible with cwp

I'll recommend to use mariadb 10.1 as it is working fine with cwp and have the features of 5.7
