Title: After finish installation and reboot server down pls help

after i install from ere
http://centos-webpanel.com/installation
then when i enter and server reboot i cant log to admin panel on my ip

http://SERVER_IP:2030/  not work and when i try to connect putty  i cant
i recive Network error : connection refused
i use digitalocean.com
1GB Ram 30GB SSD Disk  CentOS 6.5 x64
i try it with 32 bit is the same problem
i try put
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 2030 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 2030 -j ACCEPT

befor rebootin when installin gfinish and the same problem
i need help urgent please  :-[

do you have some kind of additional console to check what could be the issue ?

Does the iptables still remain on the config over reboot?

With firewall off must work for sure. Connection refused may mean "you put wrong ip" or "your ip may be ok but the port is not open".
