Title: Special character and create new db user problem

Good day everyone,

As the title goes, here the situation.

I'm planning to add multiple database with single user so I create a database using domain account and I named sample_dev_project but an error prompt saying "No special characters are allowed!".

I tried create the same database name using root account and it was accepted but when I'm about to add a user for that database, the user was created but the username was not shown on the table and when I login the account online "information_schema" can be seen.

this bug should be fixed already.
