Title: no access to vps with cwp or putty

i have a vps with the ip adress 5.135.85.63
after a reboot when trying to solve an issue with the service named, i lost access to both cwp ans putty via ssh.
What can i do to get back access to vps.

Sorry you need to rebuild/reinstall your VPS
Ask your provider if you dont have access to it.
