Title: Access to webfolder based on IP

I just installed CWP. I haven't added any domain names. I'm wondering what's the webfolders on the ip?

It's on a local ip for now. 192.168.0.33. Where should I point the browser for a folder that's on a user account public_html
I hope I formulated the question right...

or... where is the public_html folder for a user. physically?

Is there a way to access is ip/path somehow?
