Title: installing and using pgAdmin4

Hi!

I'd love to use pgAdmin4 instead of phppgadmin

Can anyone suggest how to install that so I can connect that to postgresql 9.6.x?

I ended up installing this manually and not through the admin at all. While at pain, I got it working finally.

Would be great to integrate pgAdmin4 instead of phppgadmin.
