Title: FTP login problem

I use WinSCP and my CWP is on Azure.
When I connect with FTP user account, it shows error.

Using host address (global IP) instead of the one suggested by the server: (local IP)
Time out
Unable to get directory list.
Error in getting directory '/'

Did you disable iptables/firewall on the server and then try to login to FTP?
