you need to have root login enabled via password.
-
I cant login like user, only like root.
how can i fix it???
-
Same here, as root I can log in, as an user I cant. I guess an update made some changes. Trued with 5 other users, changed passwords, tried different ports as ip:2030 and domain:2082 and the same issue with others users. Except root is working fine.... help!!!!

try to contact cwp support to check on your cwp.user panel
http://centos-webpanel.com/contact
-
Only I cant send a message to support http://centos-webpanel.com/contact or the recapcha is glichi???
-
please try to execute the following command and then try to login as users, and tell me how I ended up going
sh /scripts/cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf
-
with sudo sh /scripts/cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf command works, but no changes ::) ::) ::)
-
What error do you throw when you login? the page is refreshed?
-
I get the same page. It gets refreshed.
Also above >Login to New User Panel link...
-
I think you should write to support
-
I tried but the recapcha wont allow me to send a message from
http://centos-webpanel.com/contact
Any one else having this issue???
-
Finally, they removed the glichi recapcha, will see what they say! Thanks
-
same issue.
Fresh install. 2030 logon works fine. 2082 logon doesn't.
ran the sh /scripts/cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf no change
-
active firewall?
-
port being passed by Firewall (same rule as 2030 which works)
-
So, as it was a fresh install & only a dev server, I blew it away & started again.
Recreated all new rules in my firewall & re-installed cwp.
New installation works as expected, can get to user CP
-
Had reconfigured port, was redirecting. So works as it should 8)

Hey Guyz !
Facing the same problem, I couldn't get where you finally managed to solve the issue... :-[
When a user logs-in, it keeps on getting to :
http://mail.DOMAIN.fr:2082/%3C!DOCTYPE%20html%3E%3Chtml%20lang=%22en%22%3E%3Chead%3E%20%20%20%20%3Cmeta%20charset=%22utf-8%22%3E%20%20%20%20%3Ctitle%3ELogin%20to%20CentOS%20WebPanel%3C/title%3E%20%20%20%20%3C!--%20Mobile%20specific%20metas%20--%3E%20%20%20%20%3Cmeta%20name=%22viewport%22%20content=%22width=device-width,%20initial-scale=1,%20maximum-scale=1%22%3E%20%20%20%20%3C!--%20Force%20IE9%20to%20render%20in%20normal%20mode%20--%3E%20%20%20%20%3C!--[if%20IE]%3E%3Cmeta%20http-equiv=%22x-ua-compatible%22%20content=%22IE=9%22%20/%3E%3C![endif]--%3E%20%20%20%20%3Cmeta%20name=%22author%22%20content=%22%22%20/%3E%20%20%20%20%3Cmeta%20name=%22description%22%20content=%22%22%20/%3E%20%20%20%20%3Cmeta%20name=%22keywords%22%20content=%22%22%20/%3E...............................
Where was the redirection done ?
Thanks in advance !

Hi,
I also Got the same issue and also I resolved it.
So What I did is simply delete The User and again recreate it and also reboot the server.
I noticed that When I change the name server after that this issue came, also when I changed in dns that was not changed in user account, probably that was the issue. :)

opinion in 2020 YEAR / I had this problem
I was unable to log in to a client user's account, I deleted the account (domain) and then updated vps and reinstated vps, then created a new account and successfully logged in, and only after I installed SSL protocol and now the client user account works a lot good
only one account (domain) didn't work had login error
