Hi, I have not idea what happened. I've purchased CWPpro and installed it, like 2 or 3 months ago and then, today I log in and see a message that says I'm not using CWPpro. I don't know what and when it happened, neither what am suppose to do.
Can anyone help me with this, please?
Also I tought I can post support tickets when pay for Pro but one out of two, or I am too tired and can see support link there (only one leading to some kind of video) or there is no support.
Thanks, and sorry if all this sounds too lame. VPS and panels are not my strength.

Check your (external) IP Address.. if it has changed (if it is Dynamic).
Cheers.

It's still the same.
And now it's fine.
I have no idea what happened.
Anyone with the same experience?
Greetings!
edit: I mean, my server now is running CWP7pro.

I have the same problem, today my server shows me that CWP is not Pro.
I have not touched or modified anything ...
Support answered me quickly, and they told me to run the following command: sh /scripts/update_cwp
After a few seconds, I have CWP Pro back.
Thank you for the ultra fast support!

I find it unwise to limit the CWP PRO by the IP, one can change for many reasons the IP, but not the domain, I propose that instead of validating the IP that is the domain.
Thank you.
Pd. I have 2 years of subscription and I just lost the CWP PRO by changing IP

I got the subscription ported to new IP when I changed my server IP. Contact CWP team and they will change the IP in their system and thus you will be able to use the CWPPro on new IP

I am waiting for an answer from CWP, but it is not logical to give the license per domain and not per IP?, one changes IP for valid reasons and not for that you have to buy back what is supposed to be yours, on the other hand the domain is much more permanent.
