I'm having a problem a few days with my DNS, the same is with rDNS OK as you can see below, but I still get the crash.
Your Hostname is: srv01.mydomain.com and it resolves to IP: 1xx.1xx.1xx.1xx [Check Black List]
rDNS/PTR = FAILED, check with your hosting provider! FAILED [Check SenderBase]
rDNS/PTR check for IP 1xx.1xx.1xx.1xx = srv01.mydomain.com

??? Pls, help...

It's a false positive. http://leafdns.com will show you if your RDNS is set up correctly. In fact you email probably wouldn't work if RDNS wasn't functioning.

Hi,
RDNS is set up correctly, but in the panel:
rDNS/PTR = FAILED, check with your hosting provider! FAILED

rDNS/PTR has to be set by your hosting provider or your ISP. I ran into the same issue and bang my head on the wall contineously (fiuratively speaking).
Your reverse DNS zone look up is what is causing the failure. I use ATT&T uverse whereas I lease a block of public IP's. Tech support would not be of great help but they do have a DNS team a form which can easily be completed online. The PTR record has to be set for your hostname i.e: localhost.mydomain.com.
In the event you have a VPS or dedicated at a hosting provider, they will have to set that up for you.

please read carefully, i said that RDNS is set up correctly ...
I also said I did not change anything ...
and I said that - in the panel:

if you are sure all is ok you can contact cwp dev via contact on the site to check on your server for differences...

Regarding rDNS/PTR
Think you are going to purchase vps or dedicated server from vendor . So you are not able to create rDNS/PTR record on server , if you create this , the record will not published . Because you are not a owner of that ip.
How to publish/create rDNS/PTR?
you have to contact with vendor or they will provide the option for rDNS/PTR in their panel . As example : On Digital Ocean Panel , you will get this option and you also can create NS records for your private name server.
If you don't have rDNS/PTR , spf and dkim records , No one will accept your outgoing mail or going to spam folder .

Hi, Glorency.
Do you give me ask:"
I am also stuck with rDNS / PTR = FAILED on CWP. I bought my own computer to build mailserver, not to rent an ISP.
If so, how to configure rDNS / PTR so you.
Thank you so much.

are you using private/public ip ?

Once again, this is NOT a CWP issue!
Contact your hosting provider, if you don't have a rDNS option in your hosting provider control panel (example SolusVM).
