Title: PHP Selector v2 PHP 5.2 failed install

i get this error when trying to install

intl-3.0.0/php_intl.h

Error:Can't add notification!


any help would be apreciated

this from clean install of latest CentOS 7 version

don't try to install php5.2 as its complicated on centos 7, on centos 6 it works easy.
