Title: Cannot access control panel
Post by: greaterworksbs on May 09, 2019, 05:44:52 PM
I am using Centos 7 and I am unable to access the control panel's admin. When I typed in ipaddress:2030 or 2031, I get an error message saying cannot access ip address. Connection timed out. However, when I typed in ipaddress, the placeholder page appears. I am not sure what the problem is.

Seems you was blocked by firewall.
I can access the three adresses normally.

You need administrative access on your server, via ISP, to unblock your ip address.

Hi, @greaterworksbs
Try to connect to SSH and run: csf -r

I normally use Putty to access my server via SSH, but I cannot gain access there. I get the same timeout error message.

I found out what the problem is. Certain public networks are blocking my IP address, but when I try to access it using my phones mobile data, it worked.
