Post by: jnet on July 22, 2019, 02:18:38 PM
ssl installed I can verify in browser green lock but

But when I check ( test )

No SSL certificates were found on .....com. Make sure that the name resolves to the correct server and that the SSL port (default is 443) is open on your server's firewall.

===
Port 443 is open in csf  as default  ( I have not made any changes to csf default settings )

In the browser when I enter my domain the green lock is there and when I click on it connection is secured and verified by let's encyrpt then why when testing I receive that error from  https://www.sslshopper.com

Hi jnet,

What conf are you using for your domain ? (nginx > varnish > apache, nginx > apache, nginx, apache etc.)

And also what vhost template are you using on the front ?

In my case I saw that I have to use "default", if "force https" or "force-http2-httpsé is activated it will not succeed for a creation but works for a renew.

Regards.
