Title: Relations with Centos distribution and license

Hello. I kind of like the CWP look, feel and idea, but I have few questions about it.

Under what license is CWP published? I tried searching over the site and forum but failed...

Also is CWP affiliated with Centos and its developers, since on Centos forum people seem to be clueless about it?

I don't know about the license but I can confirm that centos guys were not happy because they said that CWP guys are using their name without their permission.
