Title: Ajax Links not loading

My client has a website which uses ajax. He shifted to my server yesterday . He was using cpanel on other host...He told me that his ajax links nd function calling is getting an error code 403 . Please help me out

403 is not authorized.

Does his ajax requests have an API key that is tied to an IP address?  That would be my guess.
