Good day, i dont see how to move domain name and all files to another user account

Good afternoon.
There is an Account "xxx" in the account there is a domain "yyy". How to transfer the domain "yyy" to another account "zzz" ????

Manually move the website files to /home/zzz/public_html/domain.tld and import-export mysql-db under new user account and delete the domain from previous user account and create the same under new zzz account
