Title: Redirects error

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to add redirects on an account. I've already created a new account, and both main domain and subdomain is pointing to CWP machine. Domain works OK, but on user panel, when I go to Domains > Redirect, it keeps "Processing". Also, the "Add new Redirect" button seems grayed out and a forbidden icon appears on hover:

If I still click there, then it gives me an error:

What should I check to fix it?

Do you have a Pro License?

No, I don't have one.

I didn't know this feature would require a Pro license. I've read the docs but I didn't see anywhere this feature is unlocked with a Pro license.

I've just installed a new instance of CWP, in a new Base CentOS 7 machine. Once done, I've created there a single domain, and from there a subdomain. Error persists. Could anyone confirm this? Do I need a Pro license for this to work?

Thanks Jose. I did it using the contact form, as I still evaluating and don't have access tu support ticket.
