Title: installed lets encrypt but still ssl doesnt work

Hello,

I have installed SSL certificate with the easy install, and I tested through other sites and it says ssl certificate is working, but when i try to access my website, I still get the notification that it's not secure. I'm testing on safari and chrome.

Can someone please explain to me how to solve this issue.

delete the ssl and install again and check if it works now.

I did that, for the website its working fine, but for the webpanel, I still get its not secured. Not sure why.

If you are accessing the webpanel by domain.com:port, you will get that error, as the service uses the hostname certificate for connections.   If you want to use the domain name, you will need to use cpanel.domain.com to access the panel.
