Title: File Manager not working with user panel.

Hello!
When I edited the file using the user account, I got an error like the image attached. How to fix it. If I log in as root, I don't get this error.

I use CWP version: 0.9.8.981

I have just installed the latest version on Centos 7 and I have the same problem. Some resources wont load (404 error) in the code editor.
