Title: one of my website IP change to local IP and site is not loading after update

Recently, I noticed one of my website is not loading "refuse connection" after digging all over the place, i realized that its IP has changed from Public IP that were initially configure for all website to "internal" local IP.

The question is how do i get this resolved.


PS:
During trouble shooting,
I saw that database record for that particular domain IP is of the "internal IP" i do change it back to Public IP, but the site is not loading
