Title: PHP File Manager - Edit Not working

When i use the edit option to edit the code the top navigation dissapears after it fully loads
It looks like the zorder order is not working.

I added a margin to the code screen and that seamed to work to show it
This happed from whened this morning and there was no update or change to my system?

I would like to edit the CSS and make it permanent, where is the CSS for this page?
I've made changes to the CSS tag but the pages are not changing
