Title: Redirect Module in User GUI Missing

I have enabled redirect in the admin panel features area and saved it as a package. I assign the package to users but 'Redirect' does not appear in their web panel. Any advice?

Hello
Please note that redirects will only be present in the user if your webserver is only apache

recently I came across the same missing "redirect" under domain. Any fix?
