Updates / Trouble updating CWP

Hi, I've just tried to update my CWP using these instructions:
http://forum.centos-webpanel.com/centos-6-problems/centos6-upgrade/

But something went wrong and I couldn't even restore to previous version (it didnt work in the 'CWP Upgrade Script' part)

This is the error message:
