after deleting the following lines on htaccess, ssl was installed

why should I delete these lines or what can be entered instead of these lines

 I have two account and when I try to add new zone in FreeDNS I get and error /usr/sbin/named-checkconf exit status 1 and for that zone there are no nameservers set.

Anyone else having same problem?
